how do I add a button to my main index.php3 page?
 

preferably in the upper title bar area near the user cp button....I'd like to link it to an html file on my server if possible..

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit your header template, all the top buttons are within that template (i.e: home, calendar, register, ect).

okay....in newbie speak...how do I edit my header template...where is that located?

There are two places in which it can be found.

In your styles, there is the header template, and in the Templates there is the header. Either one works.
