I installed the Welcome Panel hack and when I make a new style set, it doesn't show up in the drop down menu where it should. Any ideas why it does this?

Because you didnt edit the templates of the new style.

The new style set I made, I added the Welcome Panel hack and you know how it has the drop down menu on the forum home where you can just choose which style set you want instead of having to go to the control panel, well the new sets won't show up in there.
