vb.org Archive - How Do I get This Line Out Of This Table?

I can't seem to find where this , I guess Background Color, for this table is....

I either want to do 1 of two thing...

Get rid of it all together.
Or Change it to my Page Background Color of #CCCCCC...

I tried to add a Background Tag to the Table, But it didn't do anything....
