Vertical Spacing for Forums?

I want to insert some vertical spacing between "forums" and "
non-forums". I know it's a "cellpadding" setting, but does anyone know the exact template to change? I've tried, but cellpadding is used in a lot of different places.

I've attached an image to show what I mean.

try adding the <tr> tags with the same variables of the others and the background color to your liking.
