Could someone tell me how to put borders around my forum and where ever else the border goes.

does anyone know the default colors used?
for background, etc? i want to use the default images, but need the other colors to line up. thanks

sample it in a graph editor.. like photoshop or paintshop pro.
take a window screenshot and paste it, then select from there the colors.

tip: stretch the image about 1000times to see better the colors.
