vB Code - Offline Composer/Previewer
 
It would be nice to have an text editor utility which would allow composing and previewing of 'vB Code' posts while offline.

This would be extremely beneficial for creating ReadMe, Help and misc documentation without logging into the forum.

You can, install a server on your computer and run vB on it, then compose your message :D

It will still need to connect to the MySQL database to get your smilies / custom vB Codes.
