An "All" link that will show the whole thread at once regardless the post number would be appreciated.

This is not an ideal thing to do, as what happens if the thread consists of 200 posts, if someone goes to view all this would put an increase amount of strain on the server than viewing the pages individually.

I agree with PPN. It would slow down the server and the loading time! You would be waiting there for an hour! (50 seconds thanks to my INTERNET :D)
