Lights on, lights off (online feature)
 
I know that there are many topics about this however I am new at this game and I am no hacker, the closest from me to hacking is my hands whilst chopping wood. :)
I would like to know in easy terms how to implement the hack for the (online) (Offline) feature (like the one on here, the glowing)
One my site I have black background so it will have to be bright
I have tried this from the other posts and I must say that I have had no success, (good thing I am not a bank manager)
Is there anyone who could help me?

Are you talking about how it glows?
Thats a CSS/html function,... you can find it on many html related sites.
