Hi,
I'm already translating VB into Arabic. I'm tranlsting it on my PC (I installed it on Personal Web Server) I'm planning now to copy the translated templates to my site but I found it very difficult to copy it one buy one. So I thought if some one can add a hack that converts the templates into a file like installtemplate.php . So I don't need to copy all templates but I'll just need to copy installtemplate.php to the admin directory when I set it up. Can any body help me ?
Sorry for my weak English.

First, we know it's a request - it's not necessary to tell us that in your title.

This is what you will want to do. If you're on your own server and have the ability to use the mysqldump program, you would type the following command:

(things you need to change are in bold)

Code:

%mysqldump forums_db template > /path/to/your/backup/template.sql
This should work; I've never tried it for individual tables. You'll be able to edit the template.sql file in any text editor. Be sure to make a regular backup of your db before you do this.

Thanks.....
Now.... How to use it in My Site ? I mean how to import it to the forum used in my site ?

It would be something like:

%mysqlimport -d forums_db /path/to/your/template.sql

A few notes:
the "-d" argument deletes all the data in the table you are importing to
whatever your your backup file is called, that's the table it will be loaded into in your database. So if you named your file "mybackup.sql", mysqlimport will strip the ".sql" part and load the contents into the "mybackup" table - so you'll probably want to make sure that you call your backup file "template.sql".

BACKUP YOUR EXISTING DB BEFORE DOING THIS

Thank you but .......
I've got white pages in the forum after importing templates. I found that templates file in MYSQl Database is empty (size=0). Where is the problem ?
