Lastest 10 Hacks

Hey there,

May I suggest changing the "lastest 10 Hacks" list in the main page to last 20, 30, 40 or smt?

It seems that nowadays many people are posting hacks very frequently and hacks in this list expire very soon (2-3 days). Considering the fact that you have some space below the list, I think it would be nice if you extend it a little bit.

And I think it would also be nice, if we would be notified by new hack releases by email. This could be done by a seperate email list that anyone interested could subscribe or a hack that will email the first message of "Full Releases forum" to "forum subcribers".

Just my .5 cents

I'm actually quite happy with that Latest Hacks box we have there, I don't think it's changing too much, and if it is it's a damn good teaser. ;) :)

I'll see what I can do about that newsletter. What would you rather have, a single mail sent weekly with all new hacks, or a mail every time a hack is posted?

i would prefer the weekly one :)

I would prefer individual mails but I can be easily pleased so weekly one is ok too.. :)

Thanks..

Weekly would be great for me. Daily will increase the email traffic I get and will cause me to miss some.

By the way I never meant removing the Latest Hacks box. I just suggested displaying the latest 20 or 30 hacks in the box instead of 10.

In case there is a misunderstanding.. :knockedout:

No I understood what you meant. :)

It will probably be an option in your User CP, get e-mail per hack, weekly or none.

I concur...I'd love to get an email for each new hack. Easier than remembering to visit everyday just to see if there's anything new. :)

A weekly newsletter with each hack released would be pretty good IMO.

I will do this on... Saturday. :)
