can anyone help me on this one?

click on home, then hit refresh a couple times...why am i seeing a duplicate of my home page? why am i seeing unwanted code? help i cannot figure this out at all!!

How can this question be answered without even seeing the code? :p

It's obvious that in some part of your php code, you missed a < or something and your meta tag are processed not as a HTML command but a ordinary text. Check this part of your code or at least post your code here to get more help..
