How about a hack for....
 
How about a hack to place the 'users on-line' at the top of the forum. I really don't like an entire separate heading at the bottom of the screen. I'd prefer to list them on the blank line right under "Welcome to our newest member" right at the top of the forum. Perhaps "Users on line: NNN - name1, name2, name3, name4, name5, etc...

This would be a template modification not a hack.. i have changed mine to do this but i don't want to post my template here..
