Hack needed, please?
 

Hey guys I come to all you wise-minded people for a request =)

What I need is this:

For my forums I have a Site Check place ok? I need it so that if you go to reply to a guys request to get his site checked, there will only be the Template for site checks which must be filled in, not the reg. reply box and stuff.

Is this possible?

and right now when you reply to someones site you have to have something like this:

Site Name by Member Name

Final Comment

Something like that. How could I have it so when you click reply or Review this site in that forum the template is brought up, rther than the standard reply and such stuff, it brings up that format I listed above.
