Which hack is this?

I'm looking for the current threads hack that appears on this home page near the bottom left:

http://www.z06vette.com

Can it be used on a non .php page? Who's is it?

Don't know which hack in particular it is, however, I can tell you it would need to be a server parsed page. PHP will do, HTML won't.

Probably a tubedogg hack, and you can use it on a .shtml file if you want using SSI.
