How do u stop ppl hacking your site??

What do you mean? vBulletin (in its latest version) is not hackable unless the user gets access to the server / database.
Just to be on the safe side, add .htaccess protection to your admin folder and make sure your password is something that can't be guessed (i.e no 'icecream', or 'ford' if your forum is about Ford cars).

some one hacked into my admin folder they banned me and altered my site i got back incontrol but i worry can i stop them comming back so easy i might no be so lucky next time

what is htaccess and how do you add it i have never heard of this before
