2.2.4 Deafult Thread View prob

I had a flawless (knock on wood :rolleyes: ) upgrade to 2.2.4 from 2.2.2 even with all my hacks! EXCEPT that regardless of what I have the forum "default view age" set to in my admin cp, the forums show the default being 30 days.... Can someone help me figure this one out, please? Thanks.
