Users w/ Zero posts
Not sure how I want to word this, or how I should word it... :cheeky:
Say you have users that have zero posts but frequently visit your board. Besides just sending out a bland e-mail, could there be a way to get them to contribute more instead of always viewing? It could be something like, if a user with 0 posts is registered after X days, they *have* to contribute? If I'm not explaining myself correctly let me know  - and apologies in advance if this has been mentioned before :nervous: |
No problem, I will put something together, with a admin option. ;)
|
yeah that would be a great idea
|
I love you guys! :D
Er, not in that way though.. *teehee* :p |
Damn :(
:p Ok, give me 15 to 30 mins |
what would the contribute thing be?
|
How do you mean? I have never actually *made* a hack before
Ya know, like have some sort of way to have the zero-post-non-contributing users take part in the board and post ... :lick: :cheeky: |
So umm... if they are zero-post-non-contributing users they will be meet by a screne that says you must contribute.... then what?
|
Damn neo, good question
You must contribute... or else... you will be destroyed? No... Hm. Their ability to view forums will be temporarily disabled and have a list of said-members in admin ctrl panel? They will have a user title changed to Non-contributing member? Uhh.. trying to think of other things here... No soup for for one year? Ack.. no. :o Hm, I will try to think of other things. First time I ever thought of this and had to keep thinking about it.. LMAO! |
You see if they could not view the forum... how could they contribute.. so liek you said temporarily disabled and a usergroup change...
