Popups

I was wondering, is it possible to make Public Calender events pop up on the day if your visiting for the first time that day?

If it is could someone mack this hack pls?

Or maybe even make it so you can just view it like birthdays?

So there is a link to the Occasion on the calender just under the birthdays?
