Putting a link in forum description to another site?

How is this done? I tried everything, but doesnt do it?

Our forums: www.talkingguns.com/forums

If you scroll down you will see the "Armalite" section and the raw code, but it does not act as a link.

Any ideas?

Use < and > instead of [ and ] respectively.
