Here's a hack idea

I have a racing forum and I have had a few request for a "crew" title underneath the "location" title.Anyone know what I template this is in???

You could just add a custom profile field and add it to the postbit template. (Postbit Templates => Postbit) If it's the first custom profile field you would put

Code:

Crew: $post[field5]

into the postibit template.
Don't forget to add the profile field
(User Profile Fields => Add)
