Help with downloads

Hi , I May be in the wrong forum for this and sry about that , But :
when i try to download a hack i get this :

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

as you can see i'm logged in , can anyone help ???

rak, in order to donwload hacks you must be a licensed customer.

Please go to this page and enter your username, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)
