Problems Uploading Smilies and Pictures

I get this whenever i try to upload smilies or photos(with the photo upload hack)...

My php temp directory is C:\PHP\uploadtemp

and permissions seem to be correct..

ok i am not really sure what i'm at but since no one seems to be helping you I'll try my luck.....first of all why is it c:\

where are you hosted?

did u chmod the directory to 777?

Im hosted on my own server, and it looks to me as it was a setting in the php.ini... WIN2K doesn't seem to like givin permissions to php to upload files... i think i got this worked out though... thanks for the response...
