vb.org Archive - Can't add or edit templates

This is serious!

If I go to edit a custom template, when I submit the changes, the template will appear totally blank the next time I view it. If I create a new custom template, the body isn't saved, and when I go to view it, the content is blank. What could possibly cause this weird behavior?

Note: I just did a CLEAN installation to vB v2.2.0, and the problem STILL exists. I also did a mySQL check on the templates table (as well as ran repair.php from vB), and NO errors were reported.
