Hi
Could anyone please help me out here: I know this is a forum for php but i really need help with a problem - I am creating a page is ASP and have put a browse box on so the users can upload a picture of them selves but i cannot work out how to save the picture to the server and not the database :frus: does anyone have a solution ?? I have noticed that there is a hack for VB 2.2.2 which does the same thing but i need it in asp and not php. Cheers :pleased: |
It's been a while since I've used ASP, and I can't find any code.... so I searched MSDN:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ml/asp0900.asp http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...2alistingb.asp You may want to search other ASP sites, like: www.4guysfromrolla.com www.asp101.com www.aspin.com |
Ok couldn't get it work so i need to make a php page which will do if so if anyone can give me any help then I would be very happy :D
Help needed : Save an image into a folder in my webspace instead of adding it to the database. The image will be sent from and asp page as image = c:/windows/desktop/image.gif ( if you get what i mean) Cheers ! |
Anyone ? Please
What about you ? can you help ? |
PHP Docs: Chapter 19. Handling file uploads

Me? I don't have the slightest idea how to make something for a user to be able to upload any files. If I ever needed something like that, I would probably look through the existing vB code for a similar built-in feature--say, the avatar upload bit--and copy it and modify it to suit my own specific needs.
