i couldnt think of where else to ask this because you guys seem to know everything.

my question:

inthe admin CP there is an option to email all users, and it emails them all one by one, not like a mass mail spam mail. well, i have a submit your email form on my site and i want to email the people that have submitted, i have a list of 300+ people, and how can i email them the way that the forum CP does? one at a time.

i did not enter any user/pass buyer info because i was a moderator on a board, and used the feature when he allowed me to admin while out of town, so i know about it, but do not own Vbulletin. just hoping someone here could help me because when i used to read this board i couldnt believe how much you guys knew.

Ask the owner of the board to go to this page and enter your username, to show us you are licensed. (he will know how to access that page)
We cannot offer any help until he does so.

i "was" a moderator and that site is gone. i am not looking to use vbulletin, i am looking for an email program/script similar to it.

if anyone can help thankyou. and if you can use a list of emails (txt list) and send through vbulletin, i would then buy it myself.
