i need help wit this hack, the template code is taken fro mthe pm popup and im trying to mod it, so when a new user visits the forum they get the popup asking them to register, then they can fill up the sign up form and register, however it does not pop-up for me so somehting is wrong with the code. some help would be nice :)

its in a html file the code i am having problems with is the head_register template, and yes i did insert the right code into the forumhome to get the popup thing. but no pop-up.

i know im doing something wrong :(

also its like the "express reg" execpt for the fact that it will give a prompt and not load up another page.
