Ok Ive had no problems with this hack so Im adding it to the full releases!
Forum Display alternative ON/OFF/LOGO images on the below Holidays -
Holidays can be added removed in the Holiday.php file! Includes sample ON/OFF Images from NYI Fan and Sinecure :supwink: |
What's the difference between this one and https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...threadid=34093 ?
|
Seems that the one you're linking to, uses THIS hack, and adds the boards main logo changing too, so they are seperate. This is the first hack, and the one you're linking is an addon + this.
|
Oh and by the way, the logo part of this hack doesn't work. :)
Followed the very simple instructions, and the logo image doesn't call to the php file. The on/off images do. |
Actually, I cannot get the on/off gifs to show - it's the 14th of Feb today, Valentine's day, but none of the valentine gifs are coming on. Any idea? I'm using 2.2.2 - could be a problem with vbportal that I use too.
|
nope Im running VbPortal and I have no problem....it must definatly be the 14th you cant just change your computer clock!
heres my holiday.php which I have working on my board |
I have the on/off's working perfect. The logo won't.
|
ok the logo wont work on portal....it will only work on the forums header....does this work??
|
I'm not using portal... lol And it didn't work in the header. I am 100% sure I did a correct install as per your instructions. If you take a look at my forums you'll see I'm used to editing. ;)
