Can somebody tell me point me to where one would go to alter the way a "quote" is displayed in a new reply...

Am trying to find the spot to get rid of the <hr> tags and insert a table instead.

Another question:... Is there a way to eliminate the "quote" coding that appears in the textarea of the new reply or place it lower down in the field box. Seems to confuse a few folks as to where they should be sarting their postings...
