I want a hack that will put a link called "latest polls" on my forum home, that will lead me to a new page. This page will show all the latest polls from all forums on the board.

It won't show the posts, only the voting panel of each poll.
The user can vote on one poll, submit, and it returns him to back to the 'latest polls' page, and then he can vote on another poll, and so on and so on.

That way a user can see easily on which polls he hasn't voted yet.
It will help your polls get a lot more votes and faster!
