I want to have a border around the forum (not around the board, i already did that with header and footer) like her on this board.

But i dont know which templates i have to edit and how I have to edit them?

Can someone help me?

well thats not exactly what i am looking for! This tutorial shows how to get a border around the whole board! I already did that!
Additionally i want to add a border around the forums!
If you want to add a border around the whole board you use the header and footer template! But which one do you use if you want to add this border around the forum?

Do you mean around each forum? If so then you should apply this template change first. Then apply the same technique from pixeljunction in the following templates, forumhome and forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost.
