If anyone could make a hack where you could easily remove permissions (ability to ban, mass move/prune) from the super moderator control panel, because I want my staff members to be able to moderate all forums, but banning is a bit too much... Would this be hard to make?

Just create an .htacess file requiring a special passwordin the mod folder....
