There is no need to upgrade unless you're having problems. I'm not planning to upgrade.

Jamer you need to take that question to vBulletin.com, unless you've hacked the showgroups page in which case try reverting it to it's unhacked state. If your board is hacked significantly (even if you haven't touched showgroups) they may send you back over here though.
