I just switched over from UBB and I wanted to know where I specify the path to sendmail. I looked all over and can't find it!

Are you talking about who the mail will appear to be from? Go to the /admin panel and click options.. Or do you mean something else?

You don't have to specify a path to sendmail. vB uses whatever PHP is set up to use as the mail server. If you want to know what this is, take a look at the php.ini file.
