hack request(on the basis of user points to hide post)

I have a idea to describe the hack.
Every member of forum has a point,which can be controled by forum mods and admins in forum cpntrol panel.
When a member post a thread or post reply,who can select a point number to hide post.
Members who have points beyond that post's point can view that post,so the other members who
have points below that post's point can not view that post,only view a rule
(exp. "You have no permission to view post.The post request xx points to view")
But the post starter can view that post even the request points beyond his(her) points.
Who can help?

But it shouldn't hide the post .. simply dont let them
