Ok here I know that only members can download hacks for their boards if they are a licensed member of vBulletin (otherwise they really don't have use for them), my question to the staff here and dev. team of vBulletin is this:

If another sites is allowing download of the hacks here, what do you all do? Do you ask them to remove the hacks they are allowing for download to others, or what? (I am not speaking of hacks that were created specifically by them, I mean say they have a site that is basically like this, but you can freely download them w/out a license).

I was just wondering to myself what you did if this was the scenario, if one of the staff here or developers of vBulletin could answer this, I would appreciate it.

As long as the people who wrote the hack have given permission for the hack to be on the site then it would be cool, they wrote the hacks therefore they should be able to do what they want with them.
The only allowing liscenced members to download is simply an added extra here to stop pirates downloading hacks.

thats my opinion anyway :)
