OK so I got a PM from someone, he was subsequently...unregistered...and I went to forward the PM and it said I couldn't because this user had chose not to receive PMs.

If I am forwarding the message why does the user who sent it to me need to able to receive PMs?

also regular users can post new threads in teh announcements forum
