Whenever a new guest registers, there password will not work, and get referred to this page..

I have to manualy reset the passwords for them, What ever so could be causing this?

Over at Vb they told me, to re-upload members.php and register.php

I know I have hacked members.php quite a lot! But have no idea what I did wrong, could I send someone my members.php and they tell me what I did wrong
