PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone make a hack that will allow the Admin control panel to use the board colour scheme. I have been told I can do this by going into the cp.css file but I really don't want to do that everytime I make changes to my style.

Is there anyone who could do this for me please? :(

No hack made for this request?

DrkFusion 12-26-2002 02:44 PM

Flup, please read https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...hreadid=40115, your sig size seems to be over the 8 line limit.

Regards

[DrkFusion]: So does -.valkyre's signature, but you didn't mention that...

I would like to see this happen. The AdminCP is a little too dark in my opinion. It'd be cool if someone made a section where you can change the properties (colours and stuff) of the AdminCP, since there isn't one already.

Dave.

There isn't a hack for this and I can't really see anyone making one where it truely adopts the boards style by using templates. Its simple enough to use a GUI editor to change a little bit of CSS.

Seriously man... I was with you until I opened the css file and realized that it would be more work to create this hack than to just open the file and do it... It's pretty simple, really.

oh, and... what's with the sig police here. Maybe it's just me... but why take the time to police what other people are doing unless you've got something seriously invested in it? It's not like he's got some gaudy sig or something... sheesh...

Taco John 12-27-2002 06:19 AM

Heck, it's a hack I'd like though... Anything that gives instant feedback is a good thing IMO... I hate having to upload, and re-upload to check and re-check...
