I am in dire need of an importer script to import members, forums threads and posts from vbulletin version 2.0.3 to version 2.2.1

The option of upgrading to the newer version is not possible for me since I have to re-invent many hacks and can't do it while my forum is in use. I need to build the new forum along side the old one and then move the stuff over.

If someone knows how to do this...I am willing to pay for this

But if you're building the forum again, arn't you still reinstalling the hacks? You can close your forums down from the Admin CP while you update and everything. :)
