I want to include tubedog's Last10.php script on the "Today's Active Topics" page (to augmenty my "today's active topics" page since in a given day I'm only getting 2 - 5 posts which doesn't look impressive.)
So when you go to the "Today's Active Topics" page I want it to show: -the normal search results for today's active topics -last10.php Last 10 Posts in a table under that. However since the Today's Active Topics page is actually just the search.php script, I can't figure out how to show the last10.php only on the Today's Active Topics page and not for any other search. How can I do this? Thanks! |
Or, alternately, how could I change the timeframe for "Today's Active Topics" from 24 hours to 48 hours (making it then just "Active Topics") or to 1 week (making it "This Week's Active Topics").
Edit: OK, I figured out this part - just changing 24 to the desired number of hours in search.php. I still would like to figure out how to do a dual table, with one for "today" and another for "last x posts"... I now see that the last10.php has a capeability for showing hits today, so I can achieve what I want by calling last10.php twice on one page if I can figure out how to emulate the formatting of the normal vBulletin pages and things like showing the correct envelope icons for if it's new or old... |
OK, I figured out how to do everything (formatting wise) with last10.php except add the envelopes (to get the correct envelope states)
