I need an hack for log the multiple connection on the same user,if an user is logged and another is logging with the same username,this must be registered on database.

its impossible, you cant have two different users with same username.

Example... if I have of the users who give the own data to other persons to enter in the forum and these login at the same time, I record them.

This hack I´ve loocking for too!

I have seen it at a Board but the Boardcoder doesn´t want to give it away!

At his board it works like:

If two different IP´s login to an account at the same or after a very short time this is:

a) logged in the db
b) the user get a warning
c) if this happens 3 times the account is automaticly closed
d) the admin can view such accounts in the admincp

Can someone do this hack??

thats a dumb hack IMO.
what about Dialup users :rolleyes:

That´s ABSOLUTLY NOT a dumb hack!

Even if u are a dial up user you never connect with two different IP´s at the same time to ur account!
And the "short" time i meantioned above not mean 5minutes or so!

This hack is to prevent the abuse of an account and prevent account sharing!

I think many more webmasters are looking for such a hack!

I don?t know but how many time does the vBB need to recognise that a user is disconnected and not online anymore?

A 100% secure log is if 2 ip?s at the same account do actions.
So there could be to kind of handling:

1) If 2 IP?s at the same time at one account do actions then the account is deaktivated (moved in another usergroup)

2) If the 2nd IP uses the account "at the same time" but only one is active then log the event, warn the user and after 3 times the account is deaktivated

So if a user is disconnected and reconnects and he get the warning he can talk to the admin and explain it! ;)
