I was just wondering if anyone can direct me to the Forum Rules Hack (the one that can block users from starting a new thread and such)

Silly wabbit, this is no hack.

All you need to do is follow these steps:

Login and locate your Admin CP.
Go to User Groups > Modify
Find "Registered" and click on "Edit" beside it.
Find "can post new threads".
Click on "No" beside it.

If you want them to not post in specific Forums do these steps:
Login and locate your Admin CP.
Go to User Groups > Forum Permissions.
Find the Forum you want restrict new threads from users.
Find the bullet under that forum that says "Registered".
Click on Edit beside it.
Find "can post new threads".
Click on "No" beside it.

well what i meant was the hack that you can specify how many posts a user has to have before being able to post a new thread in a certain forum.

Is there nothing like this? I am also looking...
