How do i include all the vB stuff (like last posts and online users and such) on a non vB page???

Also how do i stop users from deleteing there own posts? (that is just an option in the CP right?)

And how can i stop them from editing the subject after the post has been posted?

Oh and if they my topic goes over 2 pages the numbers no longer appear below the thread only in the forum summery.
How do i get them back?
