I have 4.069 members and 10-15 are adding on every day. Max. user online is 382 . url in Turkish www.antu.com/forum
I don't know if it's considered a busy forum but I have some problems with my users.
As they start to become so many is it possible to make some add-ons

1 - to limit users to open a topics per day per forum. example : allowed to open 2 topics per day in x forum
2 - time limited no post. sometimes we punish people and don't allow then to post messages for a time period, when the time is over to cancel their no post automatically
3 - to have forums where only users who are registered longer then x time have the right to post messages
