I have a vehilce registry for Lancers on my site, but it's not integrated into VBulletin, which requires users to have two registrations. I know it could be tied in very easily, but I really like the templte format of VBulletin and thought it would make more sense to add the registry to VBulletin.
It's such a pain to have to change color schemes in VBulletin and then go to the registry and do the same. I was planning to do it myself, but I'm not that great at hacking VBulletin and don't have anywhere to test as I go except my site which is always live so thats kind of out of the question. Would anyone be interested in doing a similar setup and selling it as an add on (or for free :) ). I know there are a lot of car forums out there and something like this would be soooo useful. I know most mods are quicker, which is why I thought this could be sold for a small fee. Here's my registry right now: http://www.lancerforums.com/registry/ If anyone is interested in this idea, please email me at: webmaster@lancerforums.com Thanks, Mark |
Anybody willing to do this?

Would anyone be interested in this for $? I just want it to run off the Vbulletin templates, etc and add a few things like comments for cars.
I'm just way too lazy to sit there and do it myself :p I'm sure there must be other car sites that would want something like this, no? Thanks, Mark |

Nice set up!! Great idea to use the User CP for adding info.
I've been looking for a registry hack for a loooong time........ |
Ive set it up so you no longer need to register to view that page... at least for now...
Thanks for the comments oly51. I would release it but i paid to have it made and only got about half of what i wanted... so i made the rest. I will have to contact the person i paid to make sure it is ok before i release it. Is anyone else interested? |
