Flags hack?

I see on some sites that users have a flag that represents where they are from. This is outside of whatever hack they use. Does anyone have this hack?

LK said not to mention that I had moved over to vB. I find vB much more powerful than UBB. Then again my saying on software or applications is.. you need the right tool for the right job.. vB was what we needed. :D
