Finding/Editing a Header Template

I am upgrading my old 3.7 vBulletin where I have a custom header (not created by me), and I would like to use it on my new 5.7 site after upgrade.

Can someone help me find the header template for my 5.7 site? I poked around in style manager and don't see a "header" template anywhere.

Newbie here, sorry for the simple questions. Also, is there a good help guide somewhere?

Attached is a screenshot from my old site showing the modified header.
