Video embed/upload

Looking for a way to upload videos and have them playable in the forum post.
Youtube and services like that is out of the question because we upload Ukraine war footage for archival purposes and if Youtube deletes the video, everything will be wasted.

Looking for a way to upload it on Public_html or my domain.

Google Drive does not work well, issue with cookies for some users.
