vbulletin - admincp

In options (at admincp) I change by mistake the link of the forum
https://myforum/forum to https://myforum/forum/homepage and now i cant login to admincp to change it and the forum is with out skin .

How i can fix it?

You can use tools.php to edit the forum url.

I did that ,
now i have another problem
the forum button which is https://myforum/forum/homepage redirects me to https://myforum/forum
and the forum is working to the link https://myforum/forum/forum but does not appear any modules !!!
What I have to change?
