I would like to "try" something that maybe has been asked in the past. I think this wouldn't be difficult but I suck at this php stuff. Im good at copying though :)

I have boards that I occasionally have contests and tournaments. I want to be able to force people to go into these forums and post their vote whether through polls or through just posting. Is there a way that I can force them to either do this, or they won't be able to make a new topic?
